Unique selling proposition: The menu, which appeals to heavy meat eaters and strict vegetarians alike, is fully a la carte and family style allowing guests to craft their own menu for themselves and their guests to share and enjoy. Unlike other steak houses, craftsteak builds upon Tom Colicchio’s idea that dinner should showcase only the finest and purest ingredients prepared with the least amount of interference. Produce comes from artisan farmers, direct from the Santa Monica Farmers Market.
Kobe beef from the USA, Australia and Japan is served on a regular basis. American Kobe Beef cattle grow slowly and naturally, there are no growth promoting hormones or animal by-products in the feed. Cattle are fed a natural diet of barley, golden wheat straw, alfalfa hay, and Idaho potatoes.

Fresh fish, Alaskan king crab and Maine Lobster help round out the menu. craftsteak boasts the largest Kobe Beef selection in all of Las Vegas.
Décor: The architecture and design of craftsteak by Bentel & Bentel Architects, balances noble materials - bronze, leather - with plain ones - rough plaster, muslin - in order to augment the inherent qualities in each. Like the food, the design allows each material to “speak” clearly, while celebrating the artisanry involved in its construction. In total, the spare forms and reduced material palette of the architecture and design underscore and support the uncomplicated nature of the food and service at craftsteak.
